These terms apply when you use an AuditLabHQ audit or purchase a report.

The service
AuditLabHQ analyzes publicly available website, DNS and technical configuration signals and turns the results into an automated report. No account is required. Paid reports are delivered to the email address supplied at checkout.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate order information, use an email address you are authorized to use and submit only domains or websites you may lawfully inspect. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful activity.
Report scope
Reports reflect the public signals available when the audit runs. Internet, DNS and website configurations can change at any time. Reports are informational and do not guarantee deliverability, search ranking, AI citation, accessibility, legal compliance, revenue or any other outcome. They are not legal, security or professional advice.
Orders and delivery
Prices and the selected report tier are shown before checkout. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe; there is no subscription unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Report generation normally starts after successful payment. Delivery times can vary because of DNS, website, email or infrastructure conditions.
Using your report
You may use and share a purchased report within your organization and with advisers or contractors working for you. AuditLabHQ retains ownership of its software, methodology, templates, branding and other service materials.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AuditLabHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or decisions made from a report. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Questions can be sent to support@auditlabhq.com.
